Here's what I'm up to right now...

Reading

Not much. Recently finished PHP Web Services: APIs for the Modern Web by my colleague Lorna Jane Mitchell. Started working through RESTful Web APIs by Leonard Richardson. Not much spare time right now for reading.

Music

I'm listening to Spotify more or less constantly. Realized that whatever they charge I am going to pay it. Currently working through the Buzzcocks albums, starting with what is probably one of my favourite albums of all time - Another Music in a Different Kitchen. I saw the Buzzcocks live three times in the 70s. After they split in '81 I didn't follow them. I am now getting to know their later work.

Travel

Trips planned for 2020 so far. Miami, Philippines. Possibly Chicago.

Writing

Occasionally writing the odd piece for my blog, but not as much as I would like.

Work

All-consuming right now! I will have to see what to do about that in 2020.

House

Just built an Ikea superking bed.

General

Lookimng forward to a good break at xmas - I am tired! But a lot has been achived in 2019!
